This looks to be a great quality frame. I've bought it for a large poster and it suits it very well. The 'shabby chic' (still not 100% on what that actually means) look is good and has a nice relic/used effect.No, it's not made of wood - I'm surprised some people thought it would be at this price, though?! However, it does a pretty good impression and it's only on very close inspection (particularly on the joins) that you can tell. Also, it is very light weight which makes hanging it a lot easier (I got the A2 size).All in all - a great frame that was really well packaged on arrival.

I ordered this A3 frame to house an A3 acrylic mirror which I wanted to hang on a tiled bathroom wall using hanging strips rather than having to drill into the tiles. Nice and light weight and no chance of smashed glass on bathroom floor if it falls off. I was quite pleased with my clever idea!The frame arrived: it is pretty and basically much as I expected but for one major thing. My A3 size mirror does not fit into it. Why? Because this frame is not A3! It is too long one way and too narrow the other. A3 is a very specific size and it is a standard measurement so if you are going to advertise something as A3, it needs to be correct! The mirror is exact in its measurements, I checked.Annoying to say the least. I would send it back but as I quite like it I am sure I will find another use for it.

Good frame, can't fault

Much improved from previous reviews. Good value, not too heavy as this size comes with clear plastic rather than glass. Well packaged with enough padding for protection. Arrived promptly. Have not yet put my A3 painting in it but am sure it will look good with the mount I'll make.

Had bought some of these before and really liked them so wanted to get some more. Ordered 4.. arrived all well packaged BUT AS SOON AS CELLAPHANE WAS TAKEN OFF TWO FRAMES FELL APART AT THE CORNER JOINS . Was sent replacements very rapidly but one frame glass was broken on arrival even though very well packaged. A real shame. Sadly I will not be ordering again as I can't trust them to not fall apart.

Nice frame and design. Found that the perspex glass made the colours in the picture dull and not clear as with glass. Will buy some glass to change.
