I gave this to my mom for Mother’s Day with mine and my siblings names/birthstones plus my daughter, her first grandchild. It looked great in the box and she loves it! She normally doesn’t wear jewelry but she wears this everyday. I replaced the chain with a better looking quality one, the one that comes with it seems like it won’t last.

Poor quality and no personalized necklaces. Cheap necklaces instead of the personalized ones. No response to correct the issue.

This took a very long time to arrive. Tracking was inaccurate and the seller just kept telling me to be patient. I don’t feel like there was much help there.The names are awkwardly placed on the lines. They don’t line up with each other or in the same section of the lines. They are also not equally spaced from top to bottom. The jewels are supposed to be Feb, June, and July. They don’t really look like the ones in the photo provided. I’m okay with the first and last because it at least looks like Feb and July birthstones. But the middle one looks more like April than June.Overall this just looks way cheaper than other reviews. others look less flat. And I honestly wish I would’ve purchased from someone else. My mom has been through a lot with losing both of her parents recently and I just wanted to give her something special for her birthday. The quality is just honestly disappointing after all of the anticipation.
