Beware if you have stomach troubles. Otherwise, it's great.
I thought this was a godsend, working better than any combination of supplements and topicals I'd tried.. My pain decreased significantly and my flexibility increased. BUT within 2 weeks I developed a severe case of gastritis. I researched the ingredients and Boswellin -- renown for decreasing inflammation -- also has a side effect of causing gastritis in some people. I've had stomach trouble before (cannot take NSAIDs like Advil) and it triggered a similar reaction. If you have a sensitive stomach, this may not work for you. I stopped taking it 2 weeks ago, and I'm still recovering. Message me if you know of something else to replace this with, because my joints are back to being stiff, creaky and painful. :-(
