The box has a large surface to land on when jumping up on to it. The wood is thick and hard to withstand jumping on it.

This item is a defective item, it looks like the cut one side smaller, and instead of taking the cost to fix it, they advertise it as stackable! Even when trying to use it as the claim stackable, it becomes unsafe to use. The un matching square is smaller than its supporting base by more than an inch from its each side and can cause tripping or even bad ankle sprains. Never mentioning that the square that is too small to cover the base leaves the base open with unfinished wood rubbing on your floor, scratching it, and making a wood grains miss.Moreover, the included screws are not enough for the number of wholes drilled, and it comes with the worst tools to put it together. It takes hours to assemble and you will end up with many cuts, buses and blisters in your handsEven worse the package arrives damadged, looking like it was returned before, as someone could not put up with such mess, yet it was sold again!

Box it self isn’t too bad. It was neat to hell knicks n chips on whole top . Screw head were round out.. not wat i expected…

I had already purchased an 8" and 4" box in the past and they are great. Unfortunately, when I decided to get another 8" box a couple years later I found the quality had declined significantly. The newer box I received was made of significantly lower quality plywood than before. The edges on the original boxes had all been nicely chamfered so they were rounded, the more recent box all had sharp, unfinished edges. The hardware (wood screws) on the original boxes was powder coated black to match the box, the new hardware was untreated and thinner. The original boxes all had pilot holes pre-drilled on every piece so assembly was accurate and easy, but now there are only pilot holes drilled on one piece of plywood and not into the edges of the plywood it's mating with, which means you need to clamp the pieces together to assemble them perfectly; especially since now the joints are not as precisely cut and mated as before. Disappointing compared to the original boxes, which weren't perfect, but were a pretty good deal overall.

Plywood box with grip tape type layer on the outside. Decent boxes that do the job for the price.The supplied screws for assembly are terrible...they strip out easily. After the first two supplied screws failedI decided to use my own and all is good.

Sturdy I would buy again, took 10min with DeWalt cordless drill, All they give You is a tiny Allen Wrench 28 screws that need sunk into ply wood only the surface peace is predrilled not peace your drilling into...it would take at least 1 hour with there tiny Allen Wrench..I'd strongly advise power tools!!!!

I purchased several of these stackable ploy boxes for my garage gym and I could not be happier with them. They are extremely versatile and I keep on encountering new uses for them. They were easy to assemble and have proven to be very sturdy. When you factor in the versatility and quality, the price can't be beat. Thanks for an awesome product that will assist in keeping my workouts interesting!

Looks great and sturdy BUT I can’t assemble it! I look at comments and questions & over and over I see the same problem for others . Now I have to go to ups and hope the next one has pilot holes and many comments I read say it happens over and over again!

Using the 4inch with the Yes4All silencer pads in order to pull off the ground. The 4inch box is about 4.5 in reality and with their silencer pads, at 300+ the pads compress about 1.5inches. This means with the combo of 4inch box and 6inch pads it basically balances it out.I would have preferred a better finish on the top, it's plastic not rubber.

8インチ赤を購入。ネジは、付属の六角レンチ式のものではなく、IKEAネジ&電動ドライバーで組み立てました。ネジ穴はちゃんとありました。が、側面の板一枚上下逆につけてしまい、ドリルでネジ穴を切る羽目に、、。上部の板を取り付ける際のネジ穴の方向にご注意を。初めから若干汚れてたり、塗装めくれもあるんですけど、安定しています。セールで8800円位で購入。

I was given 3 different size screws, the wood was already chipped off, the grippy tape had a large spot that was smooth/missing the honeycomb design.The assembly instructions are also virtually non existent. The screws are meant to be put in with a hex key, but the holes aren't predrilled so if you don't predrill the holes then you will definitely split the wood because it's made of pressed wood. I didn't drill one of my holes big enough and it split the wood.Thankfully, I bought this as a training platform for my 20lb dog and it's good enough for that but I wouldn't recommend a full grown adult jumping on this with any kind of force.

I bought a 6” one and it was easy to assemble and had been predrilled so it line down up nicely. When my 12” one arrived it was NOT predrilled and if you used the Allen key to try and assemble it was not a good snug fit. Ended up having to use a drill to bore out all the holes as the particle board was cracking.Would not purchase again unless it was the predrilled version.

The product came without an assembly guide and was not pre-drilled. Also, I could not figure out how the top panel of the box would fit into the frame. I am considering returning the product.
