Q: What size of nipples come with this set?

Mine came with 3+months. Which I was a bit bummed because would have preferred 0+ It has 3 holes on nipple for medium flow

Q: When bottle is squeezed does it force milk out? Or leak while upside down?

My bottle may have been a defect; it leaked when tilted.

Q: If I use this product after the expiration date, will there be any effect?

No there probably will not be any negative effect. Although it's always a good idea to inspect the product to make sure there has been no wear & tear over time. *The product doesn't have to be a food item to have an expiration date. There are some manufactures of baby products who use expiration dates because the product tends to wear over time. An expiration date is the manufactures way of telling the caregiver it's time for a replacement. It's always a good idea to check the product each time before use to make sure the item is still in good condition. Once the expiration date has arrived inspect the product and if possible replace the item with a new one to be on the safe side. Sometimes there are tiny wears & trears where germs love to live so it's best to be cautious.
