Veclesus is by the best back up camera on the market. I wanted a cigarette lighter plug to adapt to my desired needs and it was perfect. I wired it in with no issues. This back up camera is easy to install. I would encourage others to purchase and enjoy the quality Veclesus has to offer.

Installed this before a 6 week camping trip with 87 year old in-laws following us in their RV. Important I keep an eye on them. First 5 days of travel the system worked great! I could easily see the in-laws in the monitor. Very happy! I had already registered the system which added the 90 day full refund and 24 month warranty. The 6th day the monitor would not turn on even though the on/off button did light up. I confirmed good power & conection to the system but it would not turn on. No dought the monitor had went bad. I contacted Service at Veclesus for help and explained what I already tested. They requested I repeat all the same tests and provide pictures which I did. This was well within the 90 day full refund period. Several times I requested a new monitor or a full refund. Several times they told me they shipped me a monitor but the tracking number they provided was not valid every time I checked (several times a day). Only after about 50 emails and over 30 days did they offer to sell me a new system at 50% discount. Unbelivable! After I refused they said they had regretably sent me a new system. After much frustration I did receive a new system. I pluged the new monitor into the old system and the new monitor worked great. Now we will see how long this moitor will last which will take a while as I only have one more camping trip this season. The customer support could use much improvement. This should have been taken care of within a week and only a hand full of emails but that was far from the case. If I had not been super persistant I am sure I would have received nothing. You are now informed of the support you can expext to receive if you buy this product.

Clear picture but the rotation controls rotate the entire screen including all the menu words. Install was pretty easy and the connectors are all good quality. It was plenty enough cable to run through my 42' fifth wheel and through my Ram 3500 extended cab long bed.

was easy to install I liked this better than a wireless system. Company representative was extremely helpful. I can highly recommend this product.

I'm very satisfied with this product. I installed it in my RV in about three hours. I found a perfect spot in my RV, since that location and the "columns" where the tail lights are is hollow. I "fished" the supplied camera wire through those compartments and pick up the reverse light circuit right at the tail light and ran it along with the camera wires all the way underneath the RV to the cabin. Picking up the reverse light circuit at the tail light saved me a lot of time trying to identify that particular circuit under the dashboard.The camera has a large easy to see monitor with vivid colors and its very helpful when backing into a parking spot, even in my own driveway. I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for easy installation and great results.Angel Romero
