CarharttWomen's Force Fitted Midweight Utility Legging

Perfect fit!
Durable, sleek, well fitting, flexible fabric, thinner but not cheap. My job involves heavy labor, lots of moving, climbing, standing, squatting. The material is lighter and mid to light weight. The seams are well made. If you have plumper theighs they may cut into the top of them at the seam. Other than that these are perfect. I love the blackberry. I originally ordered an extra large but they have an extra wide seeming fit if you order them in short, I sized down because I don't like gaping in the thighs and back side. The large. Fit like a glove! I have wide hips but a smaller waistline. I will be ordering them all in all the colors. A little pricey but it's perfect for labor in spring and summer and have something durable that won't snag or tear and will last. And comfy.

Lovely strong midnight fabric. Not quite jean, but more than a jegging.
I got a Size S, and it's VERY true to size, perhaps a tiny bit big in the inseam. I'm a Size 8 Australian, which is a Size 4 US, or 26.5 inch waist, and 36 inch hips, usually wearing a 26-27 jeans, depending on brand. The fabric is probably great for a mild climate, say Autumn or Spring chilly days would be fine with these. Winter perhaps. I'm not sure because I don't live in a snowy climate, but these pants are definitely thicker than Summer leggings. From the front, they look more like leggings because of the lack of zipper/false fly, but from the back and side, these pass as jeans because of the pockets, and the quality.Very comfy, and very flattering with the leg detail, lowish cut waist, and perfect sized pockets!! This was a completely random purchase, as I realised I hadn't looked at Carhartt's gear for a few years. These pants will look great with tanks, fitted t shirts, flip flops, sneakers, and boots. They absolutely pass as jeans. LOVE THEM!!!!

Perfect for outdoor adventure
I LOVE these britches. They’re perfect for hiking, riding horses, riding 4wheelers, any sort of outdoor work or activity. I have worn them muddling 3x and gone through major mud holes and water where I expected to be freezing and feel wet. Water seemed to roll off of them well. They’re not 100% water proof of course, but a decent water resistant, durable pant. I love the pockets! There are several! I love that even in 40degree weather riding in water and mud I didn’t feel wet or cold for majority of the ride. They are a sturdy, durable material that briars and limbs didn’t seem to penetrate in any major way. When I did catch a briar, it didn’t scratch my skin; only caught the pants and then was gone. There have been no snags or holes thus far either. I’ve also shook the dry mud off and thrown them back on for a later ride and they were already dry. I love them. The one thing I am glad I read prior to purchasing is many said they were big on them. I’m a size 6 and 38 inch hips. I ordered a small. They are comfy in my waist all day long, but they can take a little tugging to get over my hips. If I had ordered a medium theyd have been way too big in the waist, as well as in the thighs and calves. Even though I ordered a small thinking they’d fit snugly like a legging, they are still a little roomier in the legs than I’d prefer. I wear socks over the ankle and up my calf and boots and I hate having to fold, tuck, twist my pants into my sock and boot. I prob could have gotten an XS for that type of fit I wanted, but might need an extra set of hands to get them over these hips. Lol I will he ordering another pair and trying out the XS soon just to see. Small is a Great fit for girls with more junk in their trunk and bigger quads and calves than I but similar waist and hip circumference!

Support troops are here!
Full disclosure, I’m a dude. Haha. I kept seeing these and thought they looked great for work comfort. And they are! 5’8” 150# and the medium fit well. Belt loops would be nice. Material is super supportive and tough. Hipster forester vibes!

Tough work leggins
I never wore leggings before but these are great. Tough enough for barn work and plenty of pockets for phone and small tools. They fit right down in my boots without fighting to stuff pants inside boots. But I have not been comfortable to wear in public-yet. I would recommend to anyone needing rough wear pants.

Great weight, style.
Wow. These are really nice. A little snug getting on, but once on. I love them. Medium to heavyweight I would classify them. I bought them to wear boots with. One star for sheerness. No not sheer at all. Stretchy but not overly. I have never worn a 14 in my life and these are classified as 12/14 Large. I wear 12 size jeans. I am 5’2” and bought the SHORT. These are absolutely perfect. Brought the brown color because it was a sale color. Would buy them again in a different color at full price. Fabric feels like it won’t wrinkle at all. Carhartt name belongs on these. Quality!

They're good but could be better
They fit fine (XXL, 5'8 230lbs)However there are some serious improvements that could be made.1) belt loops! Omg I either spend most my days yanking these up or I can't have anything in my pockets. Which sucks because where else will I put my work keys/utility knife while I'm at work, ya know, when I need them most?2) the side cargo pocket sucks butt. It's small and flimsy. I lost my utility knife thanks to them. Luckily a coworker found it because I love that knife! The pocket is a joke.3) speaking of pockets. The side pockets are jokes. You'll be worried if your phone and wallet are going to stay in play or fall out everytime you squat down.I personally will not buy another pair until those changes are made to these pants. I wouldn't consider these work pants. I'd consider them fashion pants for the people who want to wear carhartt but not actually work in them.I will continue buying the male version of carharrt pants. Those are great work pants. These again, not so much.

Best work pants I've ever bought.
I wasn't sure of the sizing when I first bought these . I'm a size 16 so I ended up ordering the xl plus . They were just a little to big for me so I returned them and got the xl and it's way better. So if ur a normal xl don't go with the plus cuz it will be to loss for you. I love them so much I bought another pair .

carhartt leggings are great
loving the burgundy color of these. already have a few pairs of the regular & the insulated in black & just ordered the navy. they are durable and the phone pocket is really handy & fits larger phones. great for barn chores & wrenching etc but still look great. personally, the waist could be a smidge looser and possibly higher, but i’m not a typical small waisted/curvy type. i’m tall & lanky (all legs), so even the tall could be preferably longer for me, but i still really like them. they fit fairly true to size.

Favourite work pants so far
These fit amazing and seem to really stand up to wear and tear of renovation work!I am a little curvy and these are the first pants that fit well, are comfortable, look good, and are tough enough for the trades.

Great but missing one thing
Needs belt loops. The fabric is kinda stiff but very stretchable
