RBC48 UPS Replacement Battery for APC

I am a retired IT professional that knows the importance of a UPS. It has been my experience that some batteries have problems connecting in an APC 750 which is what I have. This is due to the way the connector is made. This battery doesn't have that problem. Over time, I have bought 3 of these batteries and will do so as long as my UPS continues to work.

I ordered two and both of them where defective. I tried calling amazon but they said they cannot do anything because the seller has to refund me.The seller never responded from amazon's requests and my state will not allow me to ship the batteries back regardless. So now I have two very expensive paperweights.DO NOT BUY THESE!

Purchased in August 1st 2015 at Amazon. Worked well for 2 1/2 years, then died and would not hold a charge on Feb 2nd 2018. This unit was under very light duty, it only had to provide backup for a few minutes here and there throughout the 2 1/2 years, and the battery was never drained because it never had a prolonged outage. Our house is on a whole house backup generator, so this unit only had to provide backup for a minute when power went out. For the price, these units should last nearly as long as APC originals, but they do not. They work for perhaps half as long, maybe less. If they were half the price of APC replacements, I would be OK with the shorter lifespan.

Bought in January of 2016, it's now Sept 1 and the batteries will NOT hold a charge or even maintain a stable enough load to run my PC.

Installed per procedure and would not charge. Returned for refund.
