The product is amazing. The figures are very detailed and it amazes me how well it turned out. I didn’t expect it to look exactly like the photos show. I had a slight issue with the package but it was resolved very fast.

Very impressed with the quality of the board and the pieces. The travel case is also excellent. Would absolutely recommend (saying that as I buy a second one!).

The quality of this set and the material/look are great! It is a beautiful set with a good price. However, few things might be am issue amd require improvement. 1) scale of pieces vs board: the pieces are too big compared to the board, making it very packed. There are standard proportions for those. Either make the board bigger or pieces smaller. 2) Queen shape vs castle shape: the only significant difference between these 2 is that the queen is slightly taller with a barely visible bump on top. There should be an adjustment to the shape of the queen. 3) The black sticky pieces are too thick: I get that these are not essential pieces that are placed under each piece to avoid ruining the board, but they are slightly too thick that once placed, the pieces are much elevated and those black pieces slightly effect the look of the board. This is not as essential as the other 2 comments but is a good push towards the perfection of this chess set. Great job on this one. If those are fixed ever, this would be an easy 5 stars.

Chess board has a hole drilled into the bottom left corner for no obvious reason. Not broken but deliberate. Spoils the look of the whole set. Very disappointed as was a birthday gift so returning for a full refund. The pieces and the case were fine. Just the board. The chess board has now been replaced with a new one, undamaged. Service after contacting the company was good.

Die Figur des Bauern ist nicht bei allen Figuren gleich groß. und man muss ca 24 € Zoll bezahlen weil das Spiel aus den USA kommt und das ist nicht ersichtlich wenn man es über Amazon bestellt. zudem muss man das Spiel beim Hauptzollamt des jeweiligen Ortes abholen! ! !👎👎👎👎👎
