Idesign Formbu Bamboo Floor Mat Non-Skid, Water-Resistant Runner Rug For Bathroom, Kitchen, Entryway, Hallway, Office, Mudroom, Vanity, 34" X 21", Mocha Brown

One of my favourite purchases. Flat, so I was surprised it acts as a bathroom floor mat, due to water, but it's very good, looks great, and does not retain moisture and smell as traditional rugs for the shower. Shows no signs of wear beyond surface scratches, easy to clean and no more smell from wet standard materials. No need to do more than wipe off any surface dirt. Happy I tried this new innovation.

I needed to replace expensive rubber-backed mats that were disintegrating after being washed and also messed up the kitchen vinyl and am very impressed with these mats. They look great, are easy to clean and are a fraction of the price of other mats. Very happy and will be ordering more.

Normalerweise hatten wir bisher immer einen Teppich, der mit der Zeit aber nicht mehr schön anzusehen war und auch schlecht trocknete.Diese schicke Badmatte benutzen wir nun schon ca. ein halbes Jahr. Nicht nur, dass sie unser Badezimmer aufwertet, sie lässt sich auch handlich säubern. Wir steigen direkt aus der Dusche drauf und von Schimmel, wie in einigen Rezensionen aufgeführt, habe ich bisher noch nichts gesehen.Einziges Manko: Die Matte wellt sich leicht nach oben. Das fällt allerdings kaum auf, lediglich beim draufstehen, wird sie wieder flach gedrückt.Dennoch klare Kaufempfehlung!

I may be ahead of myself in writing this review so early, as I’m not 100% on it’s durability, etc. I’ve only had it a little less than a month, but will update if anything strange (anti-slip grips wear off quick...) happens over time.Anyway, in appearance this is absolutely beautiful! The “Mocha” has a sort of red color like cherrywood. I know some would prefer stepping out onto something more cushy. But, I’m very partial to bamboo/teak in bathrooms and it gives a spa look/feeling that also reminds me of tropical resorts out of country I’ve visited. Also, I just had to replace the grody ten year old bathmat that was there before.Of course, I was worried about slippage - bottom and top - but this has been literally unmovable as to the bottom and we haven’t slipped a bit on top (yet). And I have spilled massive amounts of water on this thing; just wiped it with a towel. I haven’t washed the top w/ floor cleaner as some suggested, but most likely will at some point.Unfortunately, I did notice that some of the non-slip “dots” on the bottom have become more flat and worn than others less walked on, so that may be an issue down the road, especially if it’s already wearing so soon.Knocked a star off for the small, but not unsightly, chip in the wood of one of the planks. It’s not a deal breaker, but it looks like it was there when shipped; not damaged on the way. I would consider this before ordering again.It looks very nice in our tiny bathroom so I’m going to order another anyway to go next to the sink. Maybe a long one for the kitchen or guest bathroom as well.Other than those things, the pieces seem very well put together, good quality. It dries well and fast with no discoloring.Now, back to the “massive amounts of water” I’ve subjected this thing to, aka The Mold Predicament. Of course, I know all this water doesn’t just evaporate into the air and I can’t wipe it immediately all up. So, obviously it’s sinking in between the wood and mat. I suppose I’ll just have to wait and see how long it takes for that mildew stench to kick in.I don’t have experience with anything like this, so, *I’d appreciate any comments from anyone that has owned this awhile and if, or when, any mildew/mold problem happens:)If you’re looking for a nice wood floor piece but don’t want to spend $100, I’d recommend these.

Wir haben die Matte vor der Innensaune aufgelegt. Die Matte fühlt sich gut an und kann einfach gereinigt werden.
