Is it spicy enough to use as lip plumper?

Just tried it out and it makes your lips slightly hot for about 5 minutes and then goes away. I read peppermint oil is suppose to work great, I didn't have any but I did have spearmint oil and that had a definite plumping and a great refreshing breath! :)

I'm real sensitive to heat so others may have different opinions. I'd rate the cayenne extract a 10. I was told to work my way up to 30 drops in a pint of water. I had to start out with 8 or 9 drops. It took a couple of months to work my way up to 30! It's very hot.
