Original, 14" Orange - Medium Resistance Non-Latex

This works very well for a variety of wrist issues that I have due to arthritis. I would suggest easing into the exercises. I was playing around with some exercises in the book that I had never done before and wound up straining a forearm muscle. This work great for gold elbow and tennis elbow.

My physical therapist introduced this to to treat my advanced carpal tunnel and tendinitis. After our sessions ended, I bought one and have used it daily ever since. My hand and arm are just fine - no surgery for me!!!

This appears to be the same item used by my PT. I wanted the same thing so I can work from home.

Awesome product. This is great for strengthening and improving coordination. There are a lot of good things that can be done with this. Works the fingers, palm, wrist, and forearm in many different ways.

I bought the powerweb orange and black. While the orange one is easy I have a great use for this one. Make sure to do high reps of orange one and then move to low reps high sets on the black one.I do the orange one as fast as I can it is all about speed and for the black one its all about making sure you close it and then open it slowly.

It help me after carpe tunnel surgery to regain my strength and flexibility. One should read (or at least scan thru) the literature that came with the Power Web as there are exercises that I didn't think of. The delivery was quick which allow me to start using it immediately after the surgeon gave me the green lite.

Good tool to use in hand rehab along with the yellow web. A little more resistance than the yellow, helps with stretching and regaining range of motion
