I hate these shoes
I hate these shoes. Yes, I gave a five star rating and I hate them. I'm a cook and I have to wear non-slip footwear to work. I have tried MANY different non-slip shoes over the course of a decade and these are the most reliable, easiest to clean, affordable and utilitarian shoes I've found. My feet never hurt. Let me repeat that. My feet NEVER hurt. But here's the thing. These shoes are so ugly. I hate wearing them. And they do not breathe at all. But they allow me to do my job without having to worry about my feet and that is legitimately all I can really ask of a work shoe. So I will continue to order these stupid shoes every 9-12 months when the non-slip bottom wears out until I graduate from college and can FINALLY tell the company for whom I work to suck it.

Great quality @ a great price, but note potential sizing issues …
Great quality @ a great price, but note potential sizing issues …I ordered two differently sized pairs, and both were close to one size too large. This appears to be due to the size conversion table used by Crocs (see photo). For example, one pair’s soles were quoted in US size 13, which Crocs convert to UK size 12 (should read 12.5 instead) and EU size 48-49 (should read 47 instead – see second photo for details)The sizing issue could furthermore be linked to the following note on Crocs’ conversion table:PLEASE NOTE: From January 2015 Crocs changed sizing for men, reducing all men's sizes by 1. If you have purchased men's Crocs before January 2015, please order one size smaller when making your next purchase (for example, a male customer who previously fit a size 10 will now fit a size 9). Sole sizes are US. Label shows UK. M = Men's W = Women'sMaybe I received old stock?

No side-vents but with a heel-retainer, great value
This ‘Bistro’ croc design is distinguished from the Cayman by:• Having no holes or side-vents, which make them great for gardening or workshop use• The clog is moulded with a heel-stop to make it more like a shoe than a slide-in slide-out sandal so always better to use the retaining straps• The fitting is a bit narrower than the Cayman and is less suitable for people with wider feet, even more so because the Bistro is a bit more rigidThe sizing issues common with crocs sold online remain however. The advertised size is usually one size too large, so if you normally wear a UK 9, then don’t order size 9, order size 8 and it will fit. This is because of the international sizing conversion table used by Crocs, which they still haven’t got right.Great choice of colours BTW, but it’s rare for online suppliers to have every colour in stock in every size.

Product is excellent, sizing is misleading
Edited 6 Dec, 2022: I contacted Amazon, and got a refund, no bother. So that's 5 stars to Amazon, (and 5 stars to the product) but only 3 stars to the seller.I ordered these as a present for my husband who already has a pair that is wearing out a bit. I ordered his size (UK Men's 10.) When they arrived, the stuck-on label on the bag said: m/10, w11 ...but the size on the bottom of the shoe is M-11.Confusing? Not half. And now I either have to go through the hassle of attempting to return them, or just give them to a charity shop.Beware ...you'll be playing roulette with the sizes here, although if you strike it lucky, the product and the price is excellent.

UK\USA size confusion - sent them all back
wanted size UK 8 Men got size UK 9. Tried again and got UK size 9. Packaging does say size 8 UK Men however when I try it on with thick socks it definately is a size 9, it's too big and a tripping hazard for me. I looked underneath and the shoe displayed size 9 as well which kind of proves it for me. Some say what is displayed under the shoe is the American size 9 (which translate to UK Size 8) but to me it fits like a UK size 9. Sent both back as I could not be bothered anymore. Perhaps if seller is reading this review and as this is an Amazon UK site review, shoe sizes for products should be displayed as UK or European sizes. Adding in USA sizes just confuses the product description as is proven by my 2 orders being sent back
