I have worn lumbar elastogel wraps for 15-20 years and they really work. Late husband was a hospital surgeon and he ordered first order close to 20+ yrs ago when first had severe osteoporosis in spine. Only ever used heat not cold ( helped me ) heated 120 secs each side in microwave (Keep 3 really work).

I have severe back and neck injuries from working as a nurse for 40 years and have used Elastogel heat wraps for at least 10 years, maybe more. I have at least 6 Elastogel products and this is my fourth time ordering the back wrap. I use them almost everyday and have worn out the outside covers but the gel wraps have stay good for years. They are comfortable and stay warm over 30 minutes.Great products, no other heat wraps, and I have many, compare to the Elastogel products.

This is great! fits perfect on hips and back down tail bone. Any one with lower back problems this is the Ice pack to get. Haven't tried it with heat yet I mainly needed something that would wrap around to ice my back side hip area. I have L4 L5 injury left side and hip area .. wish I would've got this 20 + years ago .

WE HAD SOME OF THESE WRAPS FOR OVER 20 YEARS THAT I BOUGHT WHEN I HAD BOTH KNEES REPLACED. THEY GOT TO STICKY TO USE ANYMORE. THIS NEW ONE DOESN'T GET AS COLD AND THE COVER ALREADY HAS HOLES IN IT. i DON'T THINK THIS ONE WILL LAST AS LONG.

We ordered 2 of these, both proved to be defective. The gel shifted inside. The seller would not respond.

Nice product, after I bought my first one over a year ago, I bought another now and both are working nicely to relieve lower back pain and when I put them over my knees, knee pain as well. Thanks.
