Missing piece? No problem, Get a replacement puzzle.
The puzzle looks gorgeous, however, we did have missing 4 pieces. I went to the Buffalo Puzzle website and submitted the missing piece form to get a replacement. Unfortunately, they did not have the exact model in stock for us so we ended up getting a different puzzle. It took about 2 months to arrive, which was about the time that was estimated. We're excited to start the new puzzle.
