This was perfect! The Velcro wrap stayed in place and served its purpose for my back.

This wrap is very comfortable to wear. I had to heat it up for about 40 seconds (10 second intervals) for it to get to a good temperature. It did make some popping noises in the microwave but it didn’t appear to have any damage. It maintained a strong heat for about 15 minutes and residual heat for another 15-20 minutes. The wrap has a long, elastic, Velcro band to fit most body sizes. So far I’m very pleased and may purchase another to make sure I can always have one frozen and one ready for heat.

Does not stay cold and started leaking on day 3

I love using this to ice my back, it stays in place with the strap which is exactly what I needed. I received this at the end of December and now it has a hole in it and it's only April. I would love a new one but I'm not sure how to contact the seller.

It’s good for after workout or sports. Doesn’t stay cold for long but it does the job

Works well. Freezes fast and stays cold a long time. Belt holds securely. use it while working on the ranch. Does not get hard when frozen. I find no faults with the product.

Love this - nice size and easy to use

I'm coming to find out that these do not get as cold, and stay as cold as a regular ice pack would... But I've had so many ice packs burst and leak that I wanted to try something else. There is nothing in this gel pack that makes me think it would leak. So I trust it to be more reliable than the other packs I've used in the past... Even if it doesn't stay cold for very long.
