CHINRIU Sakura Cherry Blossom Jam with real Petals 4.2oz (free of artificial coloring and aromas), Ideal on bread, with cream cheese, or as filling / topping of pastries.

I used this jam to fill my cherry blossom macarons! It worked out really well, it’s just a bit wet so I drained some of the liquid off each spoonful before adding to the macarons. It’s also very good on yogurt and toast. It has a subtle Sakura flavor and sweetness so it’s a really great addition to my breakfast when I’m looking for something different but not intensely sweet, where I normally would use honey. It also gives me serious cottagecore vibes, which I love. There is an abundance of petals in the jam as well which is very nice. I thickened it up a bit on the stove to use it in place of raspberry jam in a tart I’m currently making. It’s very versatile!

Unless you know about this item and like it, you might be a bit surprised by the flavor. Not my thing sorry…

This tasted just like slightly sweet cherry blossoms. It’d be great on sweet breads, and I add a bit to sakura lattes made with a powdered sakura flavoring. Would definitely buy again.

The seal on the jar was intact but, it leaked all over the jar, inside the bubble wrap, and inside the shipping envelope. There were visible dents on the lid of the jar. This was expensive so I’m pretty disappointed that I couldn’t get a refund or a replacement.

This jam has a very nice balance of tart and sweet cherry flavour. Spreads nicely and is reminiscent in my mind to a marmalade. I recommend trying it!

Very sugary, not much sakura taste, thankfully.

Have been waiting for this for months… just for it to arrive half empty. Tastes good though. Very expensive for a small bottle.

I cannot comment on taste as I have not tasted yet. Was a gift for my daughter... she is excited to try it. It seems to be as described and it did arrive quickly.
