Q: It bothers my jaw, am I doing something wrong?

Not doing anything wrong, it just doesn't work work.

Q: Is it possible that my neck is both too thin and too long? It is barely stretching my neck, yet my teeth are completely jammed tight. HELP??

I have long thin neck also. It helps me regardless. Try adding less air. It is to support cervical and not to hold head up

I lay a wash cloth where the Velcro hits my neck it is very cumbersome not a fan.
