I have every size of the "Lock&Lock" food containers. It keeps my food fresh. It is leak-proof. Everyone should have them in the pantry because it looks awesome and fit great! I would recommend the "Lock&Lock" food storage container because there are easy to open.

I purchased this top keep saltines in and they fit perfectly and stay fresh.

I’ve been using Lock & Lock’s now for about 20 years now. They’re still in use and work just as well as they did on day one. I wanted a couple more of the 16.9 Cup ones as they’re perfect for holding the whole 5lb bags of flour and sugar among other things you want to keep moisture or bugs out of. If you buy these, you won’t be disappointed.

A perfectly sealed container & one of my favorites. I own many. My freezer & cabinets are full of them. However there is one very large flaw which I have to remember each time I pull a container from the freezer. DO NOT OPEN IMMEDIATELY after taking it out of the freezer. The weak points of the container are the flaps connected to the lid. When frozen, they can be brittle when moved. Wait a few minutes till the flaps becomes more room temperature before opening. Some of mine broke off at the bending point before i realized there was a weaknes in design. I would prefer a joint connection as with SIstema brand. But my SIstema is not as leakproof as Lock and Lock. So I just wait a bit before opening and am glad to have them. Otherwise would have given a five star. Maybe I should anyway.

Hold a whole box of salteen crackers

These containers cost more but they are worth it for 3 reasons. Quality Fit Function. Fit was the most important. The quality has a good feel to it. Only time will tell. The seals function very well. Fit is #1. I even have a picture. I am very old and I need to pack sea bags to move from my 20 acre estate near NYC to a condo TBD. Obviously cost is not an issue. These containers fit in an milk crate very tight. So tight you have to turn 2 of them upside down. I am allowing myself 10 crates. Nothing matters but fit. See pictures.
