Came vacuum packed, which other reviewers did mention. It still hasnt fluffed up as well as it is shown in the photo. As I have a slightly larger head at 23in, I was hoping this would be well big enough for me. Its a bit on the snug side but hoping their will be some stretch to it with wear,

Hat arrived efficiently on time (the next day). No issues with order or its delivery, in fact, everything to do with the purchase and delivery was excellent. The reason I have given it 4 stars and not 5 is because it was a bit of a shock seeing it vacuum packed to a quarter of its size when it arrived. It then took 2 days of various procedures including using a tumble dryer and a very stiff brush to get it to look anything like it did in the sale blurb. I understand why it was vacuum packed I.e. to save space, but, I would have preferred it not to have been, as the effort required to reinstate to a wearable state was excessive.Once reinstated though, the hat is as expected and attractive.

Very cosy around the head and excellent for keeping the ears warm. The faux fur was flattened on arrival, didn't take a lot of effort to fluff it back up. I'd like it better if the inside was natural fibres - static hair!!!

My wife loves it it fits well looks great and will keep her head and ears warm when we visit northern Norway.

It's a lovely hat. I think it suits me very much! The weather down here has not been cold enough to wear it just yet. But it will be just the sort to keep those icy winds out of my ears when walking along the cliffs.
