Glow Remote Cover Replacement for Chromecast with Google TV Control, Silicone Case (Lime Green)

The Chromecast TV remote is VERY slippery. I even found it easy to slip out of my hand, let alone off my night stand (which required me to get on my hands and knees more than once). I also found it very easy to accidentally push a button on this remote.PROS1) This cover was cut perfectly. Easy access to all buttons...and I have never accidently pushed a button since I can now more easily feel where what is with the case on the remote.2) Bright color making it easy to find when the lights are on.3) It is like any glow in the thing.....it has to be exposed to light in order to glow in the dark. I have a small TV mounted to my nightstand. With the remote on my nightstand it gets light from the TV and from my headboard lamp which is enough to make it glow for awhile after the lights go out.4) It has a good feel to it plus it is just grippy "enough" so it will not slide off anything material like (couch, bed sheets, etc..) and has never never slid off my nightstand yet.5) The strap in nice to help not to not drop the remote or to even hang it for safe keeping.CONS1) This is more an improvement suggestion rather than a con.... Even though I stated above it was grippy enough, it could see how some might want it to be "more" grippy. Again, this is more a slight improvement suggestion to perfection rather than any actual con as it does stop it from sliding around or out of my hand.SUMMARYIt was as advertised, bright color, glows in the dark, grippy enough to stop it from sliding everywhere, and cut perfectly for all buttons.

It's exactly what I needed, grippy as the remote itself is smooth and little so I was dropping it daily, now I don't. If I had to make one complaint it's that it's a little more yellowish than I thought but that's not really a problem.

Hmm, where to start...? Okay, this cover is nice and soft making it very easy to slip the remote into, it has a "just right" grippy texture on the back so you won't drop it if your hands are wet, the lanyard is the right length for hanging from whatever, and the darn thing subtly glows in the dark for quite a while. I'm certainly glad I made the choice to purchase this one.

So much easier handling the remote. Volume buttons work great too. Easy to find since we got the bright green one.

Glow on it sucks, takes forever to absorb light and loses its glow even faster, but its nice having a cover. Fits great.

I needed this solution really bad because I am always losing the remote behind the bed. The textured grip on the back helps keep the remote in place, and the lanyard is a nice touch.

Glows bright. Fits well. Item as described.

This makes the controller so much easier to hold (no longer slips out of my hand) and find.

Covers my remote good and stays on well. Without this id probably be dropping often. It has a good grip also. Only thing somewhat negative that i will mention is that it doesn’t glow in the dark as bright as the picture shows here but it still has some glow to it.
