I’m new to working out, but I started without using pre workout for the first month. I’m sure I had some barriers in my head, but taking this stuff allowed me to go a FULL two times further than I was going without it. It’s great and I highly recommend it for getting the most out of a workout. Also it tastes great! I was caught by surprise with a bit of spicyness- that’s just pepper that’s in it though! The tingles on my body hit me hard when it’s kicking in. You WILL definitely feel this stuff. Also I don’t personally need caffeine with my dose. This is plenty! Enjoy :) Update: 2 years later and still loving this powder ! I switch on and off with a less potent one (can’t think of the name xD) - but this one always gets me the best workouts.

So I'm fairly new to the gym routine, I go maybe 4 times a week and use protein shakes and powders like this to get over the need for a nap after work. This stuff works probably the best that I've known personally (I've tried maybe a dozen different types of powders), but there are some weird effects that you should probably be aware of. 1. Do not make this in advance. Reason I say this is I made a container with 1 scoop in 16oz of Water (for ease of consumption, it can be pretty strong tasting.) and left it in the fridge. Two days later I take it out and take a sip and it felt like I consumed battery acid. I'm not talking just a strong taste, it physically burned my throat and esophagus. This doesn't happen if you drink it straight away, so there must have been some kind of chemical reaction that caused it. 2. It could just be me, but it makes every pore in my body hurt. Albeit brief, after about 30 minutes (on consecutive days), the skin on my scalp, arms, back, legs, you name it just stiffen and it feels like they are burning/itching at the same time. I'm not sure on what causes it, but it can be kind of uncomfortable. It doesn't last forever, but I'm sure it could probably freak some people out. Whether or not this is safe to consume, I couldn't say, but I do know that it works pretty well. I used to have trouble lasting 10 minutes on the elliptical but after couple weeks, I'm up to 40 minutes without rest and I only end it there because I time it by episodes of Iron Fist :)

C4 is reputable. I enjoy the flavor. It’s a bit sour, but I mix with creatine and super greens powder so the fun flavor cancels out other weird supplement flavors. Says 30 servings. That’s underplaying it in my opinion. Unless you are overloading scoops and looking to have a panic attack during a bench press. 75% of a scoop has been excellent to me (5’10, 190lb) and even with full scoops, I’ve had this for a while and it feels more like 50 servings.

Opened the jar to find out that the powder is all melted with scoop glued into it. Wasn’t even able to remove it. Highly disappointed with the product delivered.

I opened the packet and could feel the powder before undoing the ‘seal’. Then opened it to see that it had all been wet before and crystallised.
