We have 2 pit mixes - total of 125 lbs of dog. Through must trial and error this is the combo that keeps the system working - you DO NOT want this to back up and have to shovel it out unless you have a VERY STRONG stomach: • use 4 tablespoons (not 1 as recommended) once a week added after pouring in 1 gallon of water. • you must scoop and add water daily to prevent back up. Missing multiple days will cause it to stop breaking down or overload it The tablets do not work at all for us. This bucket is NOT a 1 year supply - lasts about 3 months for us.

Works much slower than I would want. Better than the tablets which didn't seem to work at all. Have had our doggy dooley for about 1.5 years and we have needed to dig a second hole/restart the process because it doesn't breakdown waste fast enough.

I put this in my Dooley twice a week since we're having a HOT month! Yes, there is a bit of odor when I open the Dooley but I didn't expect that this would remove it completely. After all, it's a 'doodie hole' filled with water! LOL! I handle my Dooley chore first thing in the morning. I pour in fresh water and enzymes (when it's time) before the sun hits it and I don't have any issues. Adding water EVERY day is CRUCIAL (I add a full watering can)!!!! Once the sun is up, our Dooley gets hit by direct sunlight ALL day and you can't smell a thing! Everyone who has seen it is surprised it doesn't stink! Install the Dooley properly and use your Enzymes and you and your pets will be happy campers! PS: Two people who have seen our Dooley have bought them for their own yards!

WASTE OF MONEY should be what it's called. My Doggie Dooley completely stopped composting when I switched to this brand. It's now full. I called the company, and they assured me that if I just stopped putting waste in for a week, it would begin working. NOPE! It's been two weeks, and it hasn't decomposed at all in 4 months. I add a gallon of warm water each day (their suggestion when I called in). STILL NOTHING! Their product is nothing more than some overpriced wheat germ. I'd be better off using baking yeast to add enzymes to my waste disposal, because the product that I purchased is WORTHLESS!!!

Don't have the system yet but wanted to try out the powder as spring is approaching and my dog has used the yard as his toilet all winter. Sprinkled some on the exposed poop and as the snow melts, it takes the poop with it! Will definitely get the system!

Why did you choose this product over others?: We have a 5 year old cockerpoo and put in a Doggie Doolie system when she came home. The initial work seemed like a bit of a chore but once we had it done we have been using it ever since. We water it with a single bucket of water each day and feed it once a week. It breaks down her poos without creating a smell and has never blocked or caused any problems. We don't get flies or other insects showing an interest and unlike our friends our general waste bin does not small because of her poos. This is easy recycling! The only thing you must avoid is putting plastic poo bags into it. Ease of use: Just scoop and drop your dog's poos into the Doggie Doolie, no plastic bags or other environmentally harmful things Functionality: The Doggie Doolie digests the poos and fertilisers the garden. Win win win
