Cranberry 5000mg SYNVIT® (360)

I have tried a myriad of cranberry supplements over the years. I don't know why I hadn't tried this before and SO glad I did! Not only is it much easier on the pocket book, it's *very* effective in staving off any UTI's or proneness therein and around. I have had NO problems. I noticed when I went without for about 3 weeks, I developed an 'issue' let's say. And treated it with the drinkable sachet's through the chemist. It didn't occur to me until a few days later to try going back onto the cranberry tablets - and ta da! I was SO much better for it! I have tried (over about 6 years - various different brands) This one has been HIGHLY effective and have re-ordered quite a few times. Anddd will keep re-ordering. I hope to do the 'big bulk buy' because it's such a great deal on a fantastic supplement! I DO take vitamin/supplement breaks for a few days and then go back on again (usually over the weekends or something - just to give my body a break. I Also tend to think that it could become reliant upon these things? - then again, maybe I am 'of age' where I will need to be on them :/ lol - 48 honing in on menopause!)The tablets: round, a bit on the large side. I take one in the morning, one late afternoon. Every few days I might do one in the morning, two in the afternoon for an added kick (Then go back to 1 and 1). Though the tablets are largish/round (About the size of 5p bit larger) - they are easy enough that I can swallow two at once and have never had any issue of them dissolving early or getting stuck (in throat, on my tongue). They've never left any after taste of any kind anddd I sort of panic when I see that I'm getting low!Highly recommend the Synvit Cranberry!!
