I just purchased this book brand new, the specifics of this item is a textbook bundle with mindtap. No access code was provided, and I am extremely upset that I had to drop my class with a grade of W because the tools needed to complete my work were not provided. Thank you very much for nothing.

Great textbook. Bought it for a class, but I'll be keeping it because it hold do much important information. Since it's a hardcover, it should hold up for many years

Good intro book. They do an excellent job of presenting a LOT of information in easy to read chapters. They put a TON of up to date research into the book, which definitely helped to keep it interesting.

I am absolutely LIVID to have this piece of trash left at my front door the day before my class starts! This is unbelievable. It says "Used, Acceptable." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? I could understand if I paid $30 for this book, but I paid $111.69!!!!!!!!!

Good book, new condition BUT DOES NOT COME WITH MINDTAP OR ANY OTHER ACCESS CODES the title with "(MindTap Course List)" is very misleading. DO NOT BUY IF YOUR INSTRUCTOR/COURSE REQUIRES OTHER ACCESS MATERIALS.
