I have taken this product for more than 2 months and they have had no effect on my iron levels.My iron levels have actually dropped since taking these, so I am concerned about the actual content of these capsules and I was wondering why I wasn't feeling too great.I am hoping to get the content analysed.Concerned about this product.

Liposomal iron allows a much better delivery of iron for the body, making it easier to absorb and gentle on the stomach as well. This is really important as most iron supplements don't absorb well and can cause stomach upsets as well.I really like that this supplement uses the lipsomal method. It has a 214% NRV. Whilst this is higher than what you would need, you would usually be taking a supplement for a reason e.g. you have low haemoglobin and I feel that a higher value will help even with better absorption, you won't get a 100% absorption and you also need to build this up.It is vegan and probably if you were vegan or vegetarian then there are higher chances that you have low iron levels. I think this is a great supplement, easy to digest and high quality. In the photo you can see the ingredient lists as there is a tab on the label you can pull out which has the ingredient lists in various languages.The only thing I don't like is the fillers in this but maybe given the type of supplement it may not be possible to completely eliminate fillers. Not sure, hence the 4 stars but overall a good supplement and one I will continue to take.

Nicely presented from a tried, tested and trusted brand. They're good value for money when you consider the quality and the quantity you receive.

Pricewise these compare very well to Supermarket bottles we usually buy and they taste about the same. As to the efficacy - I have no way to compare really. Easy enough to swallow with a glass of water.

I ordered these for my wife who suffers from Fibromyalgia and chronic Fatigue so I am always on the lookout for any supplements that are likely to help.She has been taking normal iron tablets on and off for a while but they have never had very much effect on her energy levels, when I saw these, they weren't something that I had seen before but from reading up a little it seemed as though they would work much better than the normal iron ones so I ordered them.My wife has been taking these for about three weeks now and her engird levels whilst still not great are definitely better than before. The pills are easy to swallow and there is no nasty aftertaste to deal with.This pack of pills is a lot more expensive than normal iron tablets but if they work well then it's worth it, you only need to take one of these a day so this one pack will last for three months, working the cost out over three months is quite good value especially for something that can improve your quality of living.Recommended.

It's not too easy to find liposomal iron so it was great to be able to try these. They seem to be a quality product. It's difficult to tell how effective they are compared to standard oral iron supplements. But research has demonstrated liposomal iron can be as effective as IV infusions of iron. It takes a little longer to reach optimal levels than with IV but the findings are encouraging. Important to note though that with an infusion iron levels stay optimal but with liposomal iron if you stop taking it your levels may drop. What is also encouraging is that these studies were for patients with kidney problems and cancer/chemo. They seemed to be well tolerated as you don't get the gut symptoms some experience with liposomal iron.Whilst not cheap they are a different approach than typical oral iron supplements so might be worth trying. Do be careful with iron supplements and do your own research if this is a good product for you. As it delivers 30mg of iron those on the iron protocol might find these useful.

I like the fact that this supplement combines both Folic Acid with Iron together for maximum absorbtion.I am sharing this with my daughter who needs and buys both separately. I take iron capsules because my iron levels sometimes falls lower than it should be.I am already feeling the benefit after a few days hoping this will prove even more beneficial in a few weeks time.A good buy and I recommend these easy to swallow capsules.

You get 90 capsules in the container and if you stick with the recommended dosage of one daily they will last you three months. The capsules are easy enough to swallow as they are of typical size. The price isn’t too bad considering they have went the extra mile to have quality ingredients in these vegetarian capsules. Definitely one to consider.
