YOU OR YOUR THE ONE THAT WILL RECIVE THIS AS A GIFT WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! Traditionally we gift Mac covered chocolates for the holidays in Hawaii. Well opening one of these boxes for my household as a treat was more of a disappointment. They still have two Mac nuts in each piece of chocolate. Most of the pieces were looking pathetically small and is flatter. And most pieces had Mac nuts that we cut in halves or with a quarter size crumb. Your biting into more chocolate and much less of that crunch you’d expect…I’M NOT EXAGGERATING! You’d have to express a little more aloha if you give this out to love ones as this will not show much appreciation of the heart. Sorry Mauna Loa company I hope you will be able to go back to the old quality.

These are definitely not what I remembered. Apparently the chocolate company is no longer Hershey so the taste is totally different. It’s waxy and has less flavor for certain. The nuts were a little stale tasting. I don’t know what the starting amount of time for Expiration life is, but these expire in four months at the time I received them. There’s 12 pieces of 2-nuts covered with chocolate in the box. Definitely disappointed after loving them so long ago. Will not buy them again.
