Q: What are the difference between the A, B & C sizes ?

The package we got were all the same size

Q: Is this product solid or hollow?

It is soft but solid. Doesn't feel hollow.

Q: Are there covers available to keep them clean while out in stores during the corona virus ?

They do not come with covers. I imagine you could use a Ziploc bag? I realize that the public health orders are different everywhere, but where we live you have to wear a mask in stores or other enclosed public spaces, so you would be able to chew it anyway. Might as well leave it in the car until you can get back and sanitize it.

Q: Are different colors stronger or more dense?

The firmness is the same regardless of color. They do become slightly more pliable through use. I used them as a “replacement pipe stem” when I quit smoking a pipe.
