They ask some of the most wild descriptors about a child's book. "thickness" "light weight" maybe it's my own dirty mind, I'll pray about it Anyway!! This is a cute little fun book and marker set! And you can wash off your work and redraw all over it the next day! As long as you keep up with your tiny special markers, I know ther is a pack on the book for them but we just can't use that one nopenope! Now It's been 6 days later and I've got this cool book and not a marker one. But I knew this was was gonna happen, so it'll be alright!

My grandson is three, and has autism, so I’m constantly looking for things that he would enjoy & would keep him occupied during our many appointments. He enjoys drawing so much, and It seems to help his anxiety quite a bit. We’ve tried a few “mess-free” items, which present an issue being loose papers everywhere... and he doesn’t do well with coloring books at this point, as the pages “move” when he’s trying to color, and cause more frustration. I wanted something similar to these, but more “stiff” so it doesn’t “move” when he draws or colors, but also isn’t loose pages. After many searches, finding only items that I could foresee certain issues with, I stumbled upon this item. It seemed to include the things that I was looking to have in what I wanted, and small enough to fit into our bag. I wasn’t sure, but for the price, it was worth trying... And I’m so glad I did! This is cute, without appearing “cheap”... compact enough to easily slide into our bag, though a perfect size for him to have plenty of room to draw and color on the page without getting frustrated. The pages aren’t paper, but more if a dry-erase type material, though not as “slick”. They’re thick & sturdy, and easy to write on or wipe off. The markers included are small enough to wrap his little hands around comfortably, and can be easily stored in the pocket attached on the inside of the book. The included cloth for erasing is a good size (basically the size of a page) and can lay flat between pages for storing. I’m actually very impressed with this purchase, and he’s loving it! I definitely recommend this item, not only for on-the-go, but even for home use.

This is such a fun little purchase! I was looking for something to keep my 14mo old on a road trip this spring. I think it’s going to work out very well, as it is super lightweight & easy to pack away. I plan on giving it to him for Easter. The colors are bright & all the markers work great as well!The only thing I’m not so sure about is the attached pouch to keep the markers in, it has no way to close it completely so I’m a little worried they may fall out. But I think I’ll plan to attach a piece of fabric with velcro & that should take care of it.Overall I’m very pleased with this little book & excited to introduce it to my toddler!

My kids LOVE this! I’m actually about to buy another one because one isn’t enough. The only thing I don’t like is the towel doesn’t wipe it off. You have to use a wet towel and then dry it with the one provided. Not really a big deal though. The colors are bright and the animals are so cute to color.

I ordered two oof these. One came with a carrying case and one did not. Very disappointing.

My kids love this! Everything is stored within the book so it's easy to take with you. My only complaints are that the cloth is the type of material that soaks up a lot of water and smears the marker sometimes instead of wiping it completely clean and the bag that holds the markers is open so they fall out when you're putting everything away.

It was the perfect gift for a 2 1/2 year old

We bought this to occupy our almost 2 and 4 yo on the plane. It was great! Easy to clean with water. The pouch for markers was very convenient.
