2nd one I've ordered.. Use it for work, carry a 17" laptop and assorted office supplies. Cloth around handle tore within 4 months. Ordered a replacement and the same issue occurred within 3 weeks. Stress around the handle tears the material and begins to separate into shredded mess.

Do not purchase, this is not worth the money.
Do not purchase this backpack. Only 6 months of moderate use and it’s unusable. It was showing wear and tear after a few months. I went with this brand because back in the day I had a backpack that lasted almost 20 years. Their quality had fallen greatly it seems.

This backpack is not hard around the edges , Seem to go along with every movement you make . very nice.
