Comfortable, practical and cheap, but takes a bit to adjust
This is by far the best small blade cutter I've found so far, it takes a bit to get used to it because of the swivel, but if you practice with it you can get some fantastic results (for example, the art of @mr_riu on Instagram, mindblowing!). It's also the most comfortable craft knife I've used, it's not straining on my wrist like the previous ones I've used and the cushioned grip does its job. And also, it's quite cheap for the quality product you're getting. I'm attaching a couple of the pieces I've done with it.

I found it very difficult to use.
I don't know why this is "Amazon's Choice". I've been trying various tools for cutting airbrush stencils. By far the best swivel cutter I've found so far is the Gyro Cut, but replacement blades are fairly expensive. I was hoping to find something with a cheaper replacement blade blade and the NT Cutter seemed like it might work. The reason the Gyro Cut is such a good tool is because they figured out that you need to have an offset between the handle and the blade, to improve tracking and visibility on the work surface. The NT cutter seemed to take a similar approach, but in use the swivel is way too stiff and the thing seems to have a mind of its own - always skittering off across the sheet. You can't even cut a straight line along a ruler easily without it taking off. I think if they had a super-smooth swivel it would work. You can't have a precision swivel knife that does not swivel easily.

A Great Precision Craft Knife
I bought the swivel version as well, but have found this fixed blade one works best for most vinyl decal cutting, being left handed. The swivel version tends to be hard to see the lines I'm following due to the angle on the blade. If you were to make it, I would try out a new version of the swivel knife without an angle on it for the tight curves. Both versions of the knife feel very good in the hand with ample control. Overall they are excellent quality.

Piece of crap
Bought this to make paper snowflakes, thinking it would make intricate curves and shapes easier to cut than with a pair of scissors, but even pressing hard, it rarely cuts through all layers of the paper. And this is with regular paper, nothing thicker. Going back to scissors. In the photo, shapes cut out fully we’re done with scissors. Mangled parts were with this craft knife.

Very capable utility knife that is near perfect and a great tool for artists of all kinds
Near perfect for what it is. I don't give 5 stars unless I have absolutely zero gripes, which rarely happens. I know it's nit-picky but this art knife could be a little heavier, that would give better control and a better feel, it's a little too light and feels a tad cheap. Also, when screwing the blade in to the blade end things didn't line up precisely, I'm sure it's due to an automated machine not doing things perfectly, but they should and things should line up perfectly.Neither of these gripes will affect the knife's ability to do what it is supposed to do so it definitely deserves 4 stars. One big plus in my eyes is that the knife came with multiple replacement blades, and they have different cutting angles so it is versatile, I really like that I have extra blades and won't have to go get more for months.I would highly recommend this item to any artist out there looking for good art knife and to anyone else looking for a capable utility knife.I'm an artist and bought this to cut tape on my canvases, it works great for that use and I will get tons of use out of it.

Leaves X-acto in the dust.
I make paper models as a hobby, only recently stumbled upon the NT cutter here on Amazon. This knife, with the supplied blades, is ludicrously sharp.. to the point that I've had to change my cutting technique vs. X-acto (far less pressure needed). On top of that, replacement blades seem to be cheaper than X-acto. Ergonomics are comparable, but I wouldn't even care given the sharpness. My day-job is medical and this thing puts scalpels to shame. Can't recommend it enough; this is the right tool for many hobbies.

Knife body is good, blades included are terrible
I've never used this kind of knife, I usually use the xacto style, so it took a bit to get used to it. Has some nice weight to it and doesn't feel cheap in the hand. The major downside was that the included blades were so dull, they barely cut through paper. With a little bit of stropping, the blades were ok. Had to order some better quality ones right away.

Good holder overall.
A great holder with multi-functions! This is solidly built. My only wish were that it was a bit heavier to give it a nice more solid feel. NT Cutter also makes a similar version that has a larger diameter and a cushion grip. I have that too and decided to buy this so that I could have one holder for the 45 degree blade and the other for the 30 degree blade installed.

Precise but fiddly
I find these easy to use and very precise but a little fiddly but this was to be expected. Two blades lost their points very quickly when just cutting stencils from paper.

blunt blade poor ergonomics
difficult to hold blunt blades

Great control
Used for paper cutting this tool was sturdy and held the blade tightly. Flowed round corners easily. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the point on the blade breaks off quickly.

Good quality!
Works extremely well, very sharp and keeps its edge. The blade stays straight and steady which doesn’t happen with some reloadable fine pen-style craft knives. I use it for cutting stencils out of card and acetate. I just need a supply of blades because I use my knife a lot!
