Grandsons 7 and 5 have great fun with this. Their dad filled it with water and seems very stable.

Update - kids have been beating on this for almost 5 years now and it’s still in great condition.Son loves this. He and his friends have been wailing away on it since we filled the bottom with sand. We like sand to weigh down stuff like this instead of water for a number of reasons like smell (water eventually smells really gross) and if there is any leakage - I'd rather have a small pile of sand to vacuum rather than smelly water running everywhere. Not to say this will leak, but if you have boys, you know they have a natural talent for damage. Opened box, filled with sand and started punching. The foam is thick and it takes a beating. Do recommend.

Super cute & sturdy. I wanted something with a solid base, not just an inflatable w/ water in the bottom - this has a hard plastic solid base that u can fill w/ water or sand. The punching bag can be adjusted taller/shorter. Very happy with it.

Got this item for my Granddaughter, six years old, who is taking Tae Kwon Do. This is adjustable for height and has targets for the person to aim at. Great for kicking and punching. Easy cleaning to wipe off the kick marks from shoes.When the weather is nice, put outside in the driveway for her to work on in between riding her bike and scooter. Need a dolly to move it around. This should last years to come.Filled the base with sand and this thing isn't moving! I even give it a few kicks and punches!

I like the adjustable height and the base is nice and pick. The padding is just okay... if you punch it too hard you can feel the inside and possible hurt your hand. I bought this for my kids though, so for them that won't be a problem.Also, the top part where you put in the sand (I didn't want the risk of water leaking) is fairly small, so it took way too long for me to get the sand in there. Maybe if it came with some sort of thread on funnel (that uses the same threads the cap does) then it would be easier.

How can you walk past this thing without hitting it?? I have a family of 6. 2 adults & 4 kids (with lots of cousins) in Muay Thai who beat this thing like crazy & it’s still holding up. That is rare in our household. We are 100% fully satisfied with our purchase. Thank you.

This is amazing my son is 7 and in Brazilian Jui Jitsu and TKD and he wears it out!! Best Buy ever!! Well worth it!!

Amazing quality and very fast delivery. Worth spending the extra money for this. It's the same one that my kids use in their BJJ classes. I have no doubt that this will last a good few years. Would highly recommend.
