I was a bit skeptical when it showed up in a tiny box haha but it was just packaged perfectly. It installed easily and works great! Sturdy and solid. Well designed product, good job guys and thank you!!

Super sick bike rack, very adjustable and is super configurable to your type of bike, you don’t need a cruiser. Black paint is durable and the bungee cords can be increased or decreased in length to make thr perfect snug fit for your board ! Used it for my short board thruster and for my 5,5 fish even though its very wide and the rack works great with both! Doesnt get in the way of thr front tire for turning, and gets tightened down tight.

Edit: 4/10/2024: the customer service department actually reached out to me to ask more details about my disappointment and i have to say they went above and beyond. Roughly ten months after purchase, they refunded my money, in full, with zero push-back. Super impressive. I will definitely try other products made by or distributed by them due to the incredible customer service.Super disappointed. These were purchased last year and never had chance to install due to a house fire that prevented any fun time. Pulled out of box to install and they kept slipping around the seat post. Tightened a small amount more and the cheap cast part failed. Just another chinese cheap ass knock-off of the carvers.

I was really hoping this rack would work well. I bought two, one for each of my sons. It installed easy enough, but after JUST ONE ride with a 6’7” board, the clamp that grips the bike stem completely tore (see picture). The part that should have been the strongest, was made from cheap white metal. I was going to try and return but I’m past the date based on competing priorities. I’m not even sure I want to install the second one, as I think this represents a safety concern when my boys are riding along a road to the beach. Very disappointed.

Good deal for the money. Not the most stable support, but it does the job.
