It was recommended to me and it helped. Not much of a flavor but it also does not have all the additives. I I recommend this brand due to price and it works.

The best tasting sugar free nicotine gum there is. Works great without sticking to my tooth fillings. Doesn't get hard while chewing and flavor lasts that 30 minutes of use time on the instructions.

Definitely takes the edge off of cravings. Not the best tasting. Good buy.

I wouldn't recommend the original flavor and I probably should have went with something minty. It doesn't taste terrible but it's not great; however, it DOES work very well!
