Q: Is this for under makeup, without make up or over make up? Settimg spray or?

You may use this before or after makeup, or alone. It revitalizes, nourishes and calms your skin - it is not a setting spray.

Q: Can you put a silicone based foundation on top of this?

I found this product when I had a professional make up artist use it on me as a skin prep prior to applying make up. I'm not sure if it was a silicone based foundation.

I have purchased many of these & never a faulty sprayer . I spray it into my hand & cup it then take both hands to apply in upward strokes . Good luck

I received it very late after one month, but I like this product on my dry skin, it has a mild coconut fragrance which is pleasant.
