Not for baked tuile.
The mold itself is high quality. BUT - I used it to make a baked tuile and there is a transfer of smell and flavor from the mold. The tuile is not edible after. I also used it for baked sugar garnish and again a noticeable transfer of chemical smell from the mold. Very disappointed.
