Amcrest FTDI USB Baofeng Programing Cable for Baofeng Radios- and Authentic FTDI Chipset

this isthe FDTI chip and it works well with windows 10 unlike the prolific versions of this cable.works great on my uv-5r and wln kdc1 radios using chirp with default windows 10 drivers.can likely be adapted for other manufactures radios using adapters but i have yet to try.its expensive compared to the others but you get what you pay for.

Totally AWESOME! Bought this programming cable and received it next day. Worked like a charm with my Wouxun KG-UV2D handheld. Totally plug and play with my Windows 10 system. Used the CHIRP software to program the radio. I didn't want to fuss with cheap cables and driver issues.. so I paid the piper and had no issues :-)

This cable is the real deal. It provides a rock solid connection, not like some cheaper imitation cables that are difficult to get drivers working and cause your radio to transmit while connected.
