Fun craft for older kids and adults
Boy did this bring me back to those days back in the 80's doing the yard hook rugs. I found this project highly satisfying. My daughter however found it difficult. I think if she would have given more time to practice it she would have done more of it, but I found it very difficult to walk past it and not just do a line or two of it.

Confusing directions. Written says one thing, while picture demonstrates someway different.
Why does the picture diagram and the written instructions - does not match. Do u shove the ( tied up/ or taken apart ) in the netting and pull through OR take apart yarn and line it along……confusing

This is a hard craft for a child to do
This is challenging for me do. My 7 year old really wanted this for her birthday. This is not something that can be done on their own. There is prep work to cut all the yarn into the recommended 2 yards. It's hard for my 7 year old to get the hook through the small holes with yarn. She gave up on trying to do this so it will end up being my project. I don't recommend this craft, especially for younger children even if the age is for 7+.

Takes too long, hook broke, had to reloop - project incomplete
The hook for looping the product broke only a quarter way thru. My daughter and I were Both disappointed. She couldn’t finish it. We have to look for a crochet hook to buy, but the excitement for making it was gone. Plus this thing takes for ever to loop thru the holes. My daughter is 8 and her hands started to get tired and I had to step in. But not for long since the hook broke. Sometimes you would loop one and then a few loops later the first one came out. That was annoying. So you would have to go back and reloop the ones that kept coming out, which made others Unloop. Basically we couldn’t finish it. I prefer to give it a one star but it did keep my daughter busy for a bit.
