POKETO Slim Pen, Set of 4, Metallic and Matte, Black Ink, Ballpoint

I have a great appreciation for a good pen. I do a lot of handwriting for note-taking as I find it to be better than typing notes. I think my brain processes things more deeply when I write vs when I type. So I'm a sucker for a beautiful pen and I tend to have at least a few of them on me at all times in my bag or sitting on my desk. I've become a big fan of the POKETO brand over the last several years and truly enjoy using their paper products to write on. The design is minimal and beautiful and a great alternative to the boring moleskine notebooks that everyone has.This set of four slim ballpoint pens with black ink is the perfect companion to a POKETO notebook. They're light as a feather to hold, and as they're longer than the average ballpoint pen they have an elongated and elegant design. Just twist to open and close the pen, a very simple and smooth motion with enough resistance that you don't have to worry about the pen opening on its own, which is a problem I've had with other pens in the past and it can lead to ink stains on your clothing or in your bags.The selection of four different colors means you've got a different pen to match your mood. I tend to favor the matte black pens, but it's nice to have a pop of rose gold every now and then. These pens punch well above their weight class and you could even get the set and keep one for yourself and give the rest to your friends. It's a simple gesture but one that's guaranteed to be greeted with a smile. Who doesn't love a beautifully designed pen??

These pens write beautifully -- thick and rich. They look great left out and are easy to twist on/off. Would make a cute holiday gift for your journaling friend.

They look like the photos but feel extremely cheaply made. They write decently, but the pens are plastic with a metallic coating. Definitely not worth the cost.

When I saw these pens the first thing I thought was that they looked nice. The pens are slim in nature which is fine, but they do wear your hand out quickly due to being so slim. I tested each of the pens and the ink flowed properly.The part I’m totally shocked about is the fact these pens are made so CHEAPLY! I thought at this price point the pens would be made out of some type of metal, they’re not. Each of the pens I received also rattle when I use them, very annoying! The rattle comes from the plastic ring that’s around the pen where you pull the pen apart to reach the ink cartridge. The pens close all the way and butt up to the plastic ring but they all still rattle.You do receive Four pens with purchase with each containing a screw in type cartridge. Each pen comes in a different color, gold, rose gold and silver, and matte black. In my opinion, these pens look nice but that’s where it ends. They’re similar to disposable pens found in a dollar store. Another issue is the .05mm ink cartridges. I’ve searched since these pens arrived and I can’t find any .05mm ink cartridges. Basically when the ink runs dry, the pens will get tossed just as a cheap dollar store pen does.I Don’t recommend this four pack of pens. The pens look nice but they’re made out of plastic just like many disposable pens! The pens don’t feel good in my hand while using them as they’re are incredibly light weight and flimsy! These pens are pretty and look fairly nice. That's where it ends for me, though. They write just fine, but not anything special. They write like inexpensive pens. Not super fluid or dark, like you want a good quality pen to be. The slimness is cute, but felt too slim in my hand, and I am a small woman.

They are very pretty. They are nice enough to include as a gift with a journal or pretty notepad.I think you have to sacrifice comfort for style with these slim pens.Also, the points rattle in these when you put the pen to paper. Barely noticeable on some, much more noticeable in one of them. When I would write with it, it would make a slightly annoying clicking sound every time I put the point on the page because the point would click against the inside of the metal body of the pen at the point. I don't see any way to tighten it. I do a lot of writing, and I just don't like that "loose" feeling.It's probably just a "me" thing. Very pretty. Perfect for keeping in my purse to sign a receipt. But for me, not for lots of writing.

These are nice pens. They are very slender, so if you have big hands or have a tendency to cramp up, these might not be great for you for long-term use. I like them because they travel well. I have a journal that I travel with and it has a very tight pocket on the front of it to carry papers or documents in and the slenderness of this pen means it fits perfectly without creating a huge bulge or stretching the pocket out.The colors look great too. In my set there were gold, rose gold, silver, and black. They also write very smoothly. There is no drag to the ballpoint and the ink flows well.Honestly, I don't the thinness of the pen itself makes it very comfortable to write with for any length of time. But for travel they are perfect and it writes smoothly enough that for short stints I'm very pleased with them. 5 stars.

there is no reason to not give these pens a 5 star review. i keep these on hand at all times.
