Works perfectly with my company issued Avaya 9608 and Plantronics Savi 740 (WO2) headset. Pickup and hangup exactly as expected. I only connected the RJ11 connector, did not need the mic. Yes, the price is quite high, but calculated over many years of usage, several hours a day, totally worth it. Fast shipping and well packaged.

Works with a Grandstream GXP2170 and Plantronics CS5xx series headsets. Easier to set up than the old Plantronics headset flippers and doesn't wear out. Keep the desk a little more organized with fewer wires.
