Let me start by saying I love Jacked Factory! Their preworkout and protein is great tasting, a fantastic price, and amazing quality. That said, I was pumped to try these multivitamins for women.In comparison to my typical daily vitamin you get more bang for your buck with these. The nutritional content confirms! I love that they are a capsule instead of the trendy gummies or the giant horse pills of a vitamin on the market.The vitamin A content is really high for this one. The recommended daily intake for vitamin A is 700 mcg. This vitamin packs 1500 mcg. I’m personally very sensitive to that high of a count and should have done the research before diving in.Compare the nutritional information to your current vitamin and see how these stack up.

I just found my holy grail in vitamins! I'm full time nurse working 40 hrs a week and taking emergency calls. I also have a breastfeeding infant and a hyperactive 6 year old. These vitamins are AMAZING! I’ve been using them postpartum because my energy levels were extremely low and I was struggling to wake up throughout the night to feed the baby. Once I started taking these vitamins, not only have I had zero trouble waking up to feed, but now I have the energy to workout everyday which is something I didn’t do after my first pregnancy. It replaced the 2 different B vitamins I would take and the iron too. So in just 2 capsules instead of the 6-8 capsules I would take of others. I’ve been noticing I have a bit of more energy. When I would usually hit a slump around the afternoon.

I like this vitamin, it doesn’t have any taste and easy to swallow. It has everything that you would need in a multivitamin plus some. The only thing that’s kind of annoying is you have to take two day.
