They need to sell it in one package. It was easy to install but the rivets are too short to put belt together. Just decided to buy tiny screws and nuts it was much easier. Other than that it is amazing love it.

Motor was junk has no power can stop it with your finger the remote doesn’t work. Started smelling burnt right away

We recently installed the fan and motor. It worked for a few months, but now it stopped working. Does anyone else have a similar issue and if so, how do we fix the problem.

works great..nice quiet motor. the remote works well. it would be nice if you didn't have to push so hard into the remote button. the remote could have been made a bit nicer.

We have had this fan motor for 2 years and it has stopped working. It was dying for the past couple months. We noticed the speed dropping and cutting out, then back on.I will say this, we have ran the motor non-stop for two years. I don’t know if that is excessive but regardless, it has only lasted two years.I am currently researching how to fix or looking to replace.

It’s a cool looking fan, but the belt is too noisy.We have tried putting rubber bands on the pulleys (as another reviewer recommended) which worked for a short term, but then the tick, tick, tick (from the rivets) was replaced with a squeak, squeak, squeak from the rubber bands.Not very happy with this setup now.
