The product is very useful and handy the only thing wrong with it is that if you accidentally set the voltage to high the item you are charging or using will not work anymore

Voltage adjustment was the exact thing needed to replace the power supply for a 19.5v POE switch for my cameras. It was much cheaper and easier than getting a new POE switch as they are not being made anymore by the manufacturer. Just be mindful for you applications the polarity of the tip!

I bought this as a universal charger for a variety of older devices for which the OEM power cubes have died. A couple of cordless drills that use 4V, charged well at 4.2V. Note that the output voltage displayed varies in steps, not continuously. That might be a problem with a voltage sensitive device, so be warned. Also tried it on a LED floor lamp that had a 19V DC cube. I found that I liked a slightly lower light output at 15.6V, works fine at lower than specified voltage, nice! Overall, I'm happy with it. Buying another so that I have one for the floor lamp and another for my original purpose!

This is the second unit that I received with (what I’m assuming is) a defective voltage potentiometer. The voltage adjuster (potentiometer) drifts (literally moves on its own) after the supply is turned on and adjusted back to its lowest setting which causes the output voltage to not remain constant between 3.68 and 8 volts. A related issue is that you can no longer adjust voltage below 8.62 after unit is turned on and set to a voltage higher than 8.0. Yet another problem is that the measured output voltage drops to 0 when setting the control to any voltage higher than 20 even though the display indicates otherwise. The cutoff range is actually 20 - 24 volts. The end result is that this power supply will not reliably deliver voltages lower than 8 and nothing at all between 20 - 24V. This product has potential but I would not recommend it unless the manufacturer improves their quality control.

I bought it for having a large spectrum of output - from 3 volts to 24volts , yet , the unit’s output stats at 8 vkolts- I actually want to exchange it, considering that it might be defective, yet I need the seller to agree with my request.I will try to contact him and see what can be done.
