The device works and does what it says on the tin as the saying goes.The sucker is strong and holds onto the glass really well, the arm is sturdy and therefore I have given it 4 stars. My only reason for dropping a star was the connector for the iPad holds the iPad but then goes onto the arm and this if you do not do it right or you go over a bump will disconnect and the iPad will fall. You must get it or correctly, but I think their must be a better way so hence me dropping one star.I would recommend it to someone with iPad as it generally works really well.

Great little solution which works well when using a tablet in a campervan! Only downside is the lack of hinge on the ball connecting to the tablet, so that angling is a bit awkward. Other than that it's quite sturdy, although I don't use this on the dash and I'd expect a bit of natural wobble if you did this which has to be expected if you mount a 12" tablet to your dashboard.Our small son uses it fixed onto the side unit as we travel and it does stay there well enough for him to watch movies etc. Make sure you hunt around as there are some really expensive sellers for this thing, which is a bit odd.

Very easy to setup and use but when it comes to position, it can be quite limited.You need to be quite creative if you want it positioned tilted towards you if you can’t mount it directly in front of you.The suctioning has failed once in the 30 or so times I have moved it however this may be due to the way I applied it.
