Not a miracle worker but got me 80% there
My tenants left a lot of etching on my vanity counters. A lot were easily removed with a lot of elbow grease but the ones I assume were from cleaning bottles were unable to be removed.

Excellent Result - Highly Recommend
I bought the Lustro Italiano Etch Remover two years ago to remove etch marks on my two Carrera marble vanity tops. I was somewhat skeptical that it would work, and I was hesitant to use it in case it ruined the marble. Yesterday, I finally got up the nerve to try it, and I am so glad that I did. After watching the Lustro Italiano video (which I recommend), I applied the remover and worked it around the faucets. This area had been dull ever since installation, so I didn't expect much difference. After about 5 minutes I could see a reflection in the marble. I was so delighted by the results that I worked on the etch marks. I'm not sure what caused them but they were in a spray pattern all over the vanity. It took only about 5 minutes of working on each section and the etch marks were gone. I could have left it there but I went over the vanity top again, and they now gleam. It took me a total of approximately 2 hours start to finish on each vanity top. I used a dampened paper towel and about a tablespoon of the compound for each 4-6" section. I worked in a circular motion, and ensured that I didn't leave any of the mix on the countertop for too long. After the area was completed I used a wet cloth to wipe of the residue and then buffed with a dry cloth. I then sealed the countertop. I ventilated the area, covered the floor with newspaper and wore rubber gloves while working. I highly recommend this product. I was concerned about using it, but now my countertops look beautiful, and I am very glad that I decided to try it.

Worked pretty well with a buffing machine - please read!
I've used this product in the past to remove etching from my bathroom marble vanity countertop. It worked pretty well but I used a buffing machine because I had a large area to cover and many etch marks. It still took a lot of time and many many passes to remove the etching. Using a buffing tool makes removing the etching less tedious but it makes a big mess. The sandy paste flings all over the place. There was no way I could do all of this large area by hand and I didn't mind the cleanup. It took the majority of the etching out and left my countertop nice and shiny. Fast forward a few years, it was time to do this job again. Ugh, so much work! Given the success I had with this product in the past, I purchased it again. I got decent results but after buffing for an hour I still had areas that I wasn't satisfied with. Perhaps some of the new etching was a little deeper than last time. The countertop looked much better but I wanted it even better. I decided to try another product. The new product (a little more expensive) seemed much stronger and worked much faster with less passes. I got better results removing the deeper etching, however, this other product also left my countertop a little dull. So this is what I ended up doing with great success, after first using Lustro Italiano Etch Remover and getting most of the etching out, followed by another pass with a stronger etch remover to get the deeper etching removed, I then did a third pass with Lustro Italiano Etch Remover to get the shine back. Keep in mind, all of this was done with an electric buffing tool which made the job doable but much more messy. With the amount of etching I had, there was no way I could do this by hand. The mess was worth the results! I gave this product 5 stars because it really does work. My only beef with this product is that half of the container is filled with water which you are instructed to remove before using. So, you're actually getting a container 1/2 filled with product. The other product I used was all powder which you moisten yourself with a few drops of water.... thus, you're getting a full container of product. Both worked well but Lustro Italiano Etch Remover left a better shine in the end.

Nice
Had a patch of dull marble flooring and now I don’t. Extremely toxic so use gloves. It takes a bit of muscle power to rub and shine this on but it’s well worth it to fix damaged marble

It worked!
This product removed a whole coffee table worth of either water stains or chemical cleaner marks. The table is Nero marquina marble. It shines now! I will happily purchase more as the whole tub was used doing the table. 1 tea spoon for 4 inches doesn’t go that far so bare this in mind if it is more than a small spot.
