Ours did not come with the pump.

Yes - I use it on my dyed hair without issue.

Q: Is this tested on animals?

If you consider humans animals, yes. (Me) No where on the label states it was tested on animals. I had a couple scalp conditions, in including dandruff, which cleared up with the use of this shampoo! Get it, use it, you will definitely like it!

Q: Does this help with shine

Not that I've noticed but it does help with body.
