AirNmoreComfort Deluxe with Copper PTC, Infrared Space Heater with Remote, 1500 Watt, ETL Listed

I love this heater. For years i had been using the tiny little Pelonis ceramic heaters (the original steel framed ones). This past winter was colder than in previous seasons and the 'little guys' just didn't seem to be able to keep up (I have three). I began exploring the new generation of 'portable space heaters'. After considerable research it was clear i wanted an infrared header based on the Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) design and employing a PTC element of copper construction. After shopping the various makers it became obvious that many of the copper PTC infrared heaters are seriously overpriced. I decided to give the AirNmore "Comfort deluxe" a try. I am so glad i did. The heater works well, is essentially completely automatic, and easy to move. I recently had a question about replacing the remote control (i had temporarily misplaced it) so I wrote AirNmore a message on Amazon. The response was almost immediate and included a phone number. I called and spoke to the owner of the company. It's a rare thing today to get this level of customer service. Thank you AirNmore for your great products and exemplary support.

12/5/22 UPDATE!! I had my original one replaced by Amazon because it broke after only using it 3 months. I just plugged in the one I used last winter & it ran for about an hour & stopped. This is now the 2nd one this has happened with! I use it to heat my bedroom during the winter & that’s about 3 months out of the year. Then it sits here unused until the following winter. So all that money & it only works for 3 MONTHS!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!The good things about this is that it’s lightweight, fits into a lot of spaces with its shape, & doesn’t get hot on the outside. The bad things about this is the price & that it doesn’t do as good as the Duraflame fireplace I had last year. I have it in a room that has no heat & is 14 X 14. It just about warms the room & it’s not even that cold yet! I have it set on 90 degrees so it’s going all the time & it’s barely warm in this room. I thought I was upgrading by getting this one at a much bigger price than my Duraflame that died last year after 4 good years of great work. Nope, don’t waste your money. Get a Duraflame. I know I will be as soon as I return this hunk of junk to Amazon.

I can always tell the temp on my digital thermometer (shown on 2nd pict).

I have a split level home with the lower level being 1/2 underground. In the winter the lower level stays about 3-5 degrees colder than upstairs where the central air thermostat is located.I bought this to make up the temperature difference. I set the heater temp to (apx) what the heat is upstairs and it does a great job turning off and on to maintain the matching temperature.The room used is apx 700 sq ft with a large opening where the staircase leads upstairs. So far (about 35 -45 outside) it has no issues maintaining the desired temp of about 68-70.Main con is I wish they labeled at least every 5 or 10 degrees on the temp settings. Some have complained about a loud fan. I find it acceptable and kind of expected from a heater. Though it does rattle a little.

This unit will heat a 600 square foot room on low and keep it around 72 Degrees with the outside temps in the 30's. The fan motor is a little noisy, but doesn't take long to get used to it.
