Love the flavour. Great for a hot drink before bed.

I decided to try this product for the first time. It is good, however, you need to be careful in your preparation time. To explain, I normally make my shake the night before so that all ingredients saturate with the fluids and it mixes fully. The first three days, I didn't make it the night before but made it and let it set for a couple hours in the fridge before consuming. The flavor was not all that great, it even seemed a little putrid. I do add avocado oil, so I thought maybe my oil had gone bad. So I excluded the oil from my shake when I made it the night before. Mind you, this was the first time I made it the night before with this new product. My first gulp burned my throat. The shake had fermented during the overnight hours in the fridge. It burned for hours. I was ready to write a completely 1 star, negative review but decided that since it got worse, maybe it is not designed for overnight storage once mixed. The next day, I prepared my shake and drank it within 10 minutes, it was great and not bad flavors. Please understand, the shake is good and very filling. Since it appears to not have preservatives, it needs to be consumed shortly after mixing. I appreciate that this has a minimal amount of ingredients for the nutrition and I plan to continue to consume this shake, I will just make sure I drink it minutes after making it. Fortunately, it mixes very easily and thoroughly in the short amount of time. I do recommend this product, just be cautious about your preparation to consumption time so you don't have a bad experience. (I've had the cheesecake on too and it is very good.)

Absolutely delicious! As a 56 year-old woman, i had tried losing weight with low carb diets before. And, unlike all the men I knew who lost a ton of weight easily, i lost very little weight and was “hangry” all the time. I finally learned about KETO and realized it was having the correct macros, or percentages, that was key: lots of healthy fats (keeps you full), only moderate amounts of protein (too much is not conducive to weight loss unless you’re very physically active) and low carbs. That’s when the pounds finally started dropping for me. Recently, I began taking it a step further, and am slowly but surely replacing many of the “not good for you” and/or items with ingredients that are low carb - but will spike your blood sugar, with healthier choices. The toughest product to find was a good tasting chocolate shake without the high Glycemic index ingredient, maltodextrin. I found the Left Coast KETO Shakes on a review page, saw their ingredients were truly KETO healthy, from all the research I did, and read the reviews. I admit that if I don’t really like the taste of something, I’m not going to eat/drink it. And almost every review of KETO Shakes by LC mentioned the great taste, no chalkiness and their easy “blendability.” I absolutely LOVE the flavor of these shakes. I also love that I’m starting my morning with the perfect KETO macro, so I don’t need to add MCT oil or collagen or protein powder. My favorite way to make the shake is to fill a blender bottle with 8 oz of crushed ice and then fill with water to the 8-9 oz line. Then, since it’s often hard to get all the healthy fats I need all day, (and i like the extra creamy taste), I usually add 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream. I put it in my blender, and have a wonderful thick shake each morning. No weird “healthy” flavors, lol! Not overly sweet at all, just the perfect balance of sweetness and a “chocolate brownie mix” flavor, if that makes sense? Anyway, I’m no health expert, but I look forward to my delicious thick shake every morning, and it keeps me full and happy for 5-6 hours!

It's good, but it would be a lot better without the Stevia, the aftertaste.

I recently found the container I purchased in 2022 or 2023 unopened and was going to try and see if it was still fresh because it had been in a dry dark place stored. But then I read all the reviews. I have been buying protein powder for about 30 years. And reading reviews since they’ve been posted on products and protein powders. I can honestly tell you that I have never read worse reviews than for this product. It sounds like the formula changed somewhere from 2020 to 2022. Several people that had used it for years noted the change. Some first time users had the effect. The first time they used it if they bought it after a certain date. All the one star reviews basically said the same thing; that if you mixed it, you must drink it immediately or the chemical composition turns into something risky that burns your throat and has been described in some of the following ways, “acid reflux burp vomit in mouth, bile, soap, spicy vomit burp, sour milk, if sour milk and soup had a spicy love child, force chugged it for the nutrients only to have the body projectile vomit it back out, chugged it for the nutrients, only to have stomach cramps, and a behind that was under no decision of its humans pooping it uncontrollably back out, rancid flavor in mouth, lasting for hours, et al. And this wasn’t just one. There were multitudes of reviews like these. The ones that were able to chug it within the first minute were able to keep it down. I personally recommend that they do not consume it whatsoever because it is turning into a chemically volatile Formula. Once it is turned into liquid from the sound of it. I am going to call Amazon and bring this up with them because I have never read reviews like this on any products in my entire life. I think the owners of this product should be chased off of Amazon. Jeff Bezos left Amazon and sold it completely over two years ago. Quality control has gone downhill. They used to be responsive to companies that got a lot of complaints. I don’t know how they will react when told now. But I will find out. It sounds like the people that contacted the company and got a replacement, got the same product in the replacement. To the company that sells this products: stop selling it immediately. And shame on you. at two years sealed in the dark and no moisture my product should technically be good even if there’s an expiration date because my experience with protein powder is that it stays good if you store it correctly and especially if it’s still sealed. But what I have read tells me that I two just lost $40. There is no way I will try it after what I have read. I will send you my bottle if you send me $40 back. This is the only decent move you can make. as I said, I will proceed with calling Amazon customer service and seeing if they have their due diligence process still in place to investigate a questionable vendor because that sounds like what you are. I’d like to see a container of your product sent to a third-party lab to be inspected and the results to be made public. Why it can’t stay stable for more than 1 to 3 minutes is a very concerning question. If you are so certain, it’s good to sell after so many complaints of the same kind, you should be sending it to a third-party lab and posting the results.. or Amazon should have a box that explains just how many one star reviews you have or what percentage of reviews you have that discussed the issue of the soapy, sour milk, bile, vomit, spicy, sore throat, inducing powder that will mix with a liquid creates these effects if not consumed within one to three minutes. I failed to mention that the good reviews were dated 2019. Before the apparent formula change.
