I use the iron sparingly and it stopped working suddenly, I used it maybe 10 times. When I saw that the nearest service center for warranty repair is 50km away and I’d spend on petrol more money than I spent on the iron, I asked my husband to repair it and he did. Some plastic got out of its place and he repaired it in 5 minutes. I wonder if it’s made like that intentionally or not.

This is an excellent product. After using it for more than 2 months i'm very much happy with the product.
