It’d be nice to have instructions on how to use/ clean them but they’re pretty self explanatory and non porous, so easy to clean. Excellent quality for the value. I’m an esthetician and getting into suction therapy so these will be great to start with :) There’s some companies that sell a set for 60 dollars & are the same if not close to the quality of these.

This is the only set of suction cups I've bought, so I can't compare, but I'm satisfied with how well they suction. However, they can be a little hard to use at times. I see people in videos gliding them with so much ease, and these take practice and muscle to get close to that. But I like that they are sturdy.

I’ve had these a while and no instructions and their glass.
It would be nice if I had instructions. I realize I didn’t pay a lot of money for them. I just don’t have enough time in the day so I don’t have a review for these. I apologize just letting you know how it is.

Works Well for Feet
I have bad feet and get significant pain along the bottom outside of them. None of the cups I saw had any small enough. In a random review, someone recommended facial ones for small spots so I tried it. It works. I can attach the smallest and next to smallest cups to my feet below and in the general area of the outside ankle bone. Any help I can get on these feet is welcome.

I got it for wrinkles and soggy skin. Not sure if these helped or something else or everything in combo, but wrinkles seem to be less apparent.
